The villa is nested in the serene and pastoral area of Plaka Elounda, in eastern Crete. Surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes overlooking the ocean, it offers an ideal location for those seeking a peaceful retreat while maintaining easy access to the island’s attractions and activities.

  • Heraklion Airport (HER) – Located 57 kilometers away from the property.
  • Agios Nikolaos City – Approximately a 20-minute drive (around 15 km).
  • Village Plaka – About a 3-minute drive, offering restaurants, mini-markets, and a variety of services. There is also an organized beach.
  • The fishing village of Elounda – Located about an 8-minute drive away, where you can find a butcher shop, supermarkets, stores, and various services, including a doctor and first aid.

What is the distance to the sea?

The villa is 500 meters (airline distance) from the sea. However, since we are located on a hill, it’s best to drive, a 2-3 minute drive, as climbing back can be challenging.

Is the villa easily accessible?

Yes, the villa is located near the main road, ensuring quick and easy access from anywhere in Crete. The road to the villa is safe and convenient, with ample private parking available on-site.

How do I get to the villa from the airport?

The villa is approximately 57 kilometers from Heraklion Airport (HER). You can arrange a private transfer or rent a car (However, we recommend renting a car). We’re happy to assist with arrangements.

Is public transportation available nearby?

Agios Nikolaos, you will find a central bus station with routes to various destinations across Crete. You can easily reach the station by taxi from the villa.

What's the natural environment like?

The villa is nestled in a stunning natural setting providing a tranquil atmosphere. Nearby, you can enjoy hiking trails, hidden beaches, and magnificent views of the mountains and sea.

Are there shops and restaurants near the villa?

Within a 3-minute drive, you’ll find a variety of shops, supermarkets, and local restaurants. We highly recommend the nearby traditional tavernas. Many restaurants also offer delivery to the villa.

Yes, the villa offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout all areas, ensuring reliable connectivity in every room.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the villa features a large, private swimming pool exclusively for guests. The pool measures 15 x 7 meters, perfect for relaxation and leisure.

Does the villa have AC and heating?

Yes, every room, including the living room and kitchen, has air conditioning and heating.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is a private parking space on the villa’s premises for multiple vehicles.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a variety of cooking tools and utensils. There’s an outdoor kitchen with a bar by the pool, a grill, a wood-fired oven, and a stove.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

 Yes, there is a TV in the living room and in some of the bedrooms.

A local supplier delivers fresh prepared breakfast.

A cook can come to the villa to prepare breakfast. You can choose to either purchase the groceries yourself or have the cook bring them for you.

Can I arrange other meals or a private chef?

 Yes, A private chef can be booked to prepare personalized meals at the villa. Alternatively, you can order food delivery from excellent local restaurants in the area.

Is the villa family-friendly?

Yes, the villa is ideal for families with children. Amenities such as baby cots are available upon request, and the pool is safe for family use.

Can I request cleaning services during my stay?

The villa is delivered clean and tidy, with fresh sheets, towels, and toiletries . Towels are replaced every three days.

Yes, extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee and can be arranged in advance.

Are pets alloewd?

Pets are welcome upon prior request and approval. Please confirm the conditions and requirements before arrival.

Is the villa suitable for the elderly or disabled people?

Events and Policies

What are the check-in check-out times?

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.  

Check-out: By 11:00 AM.  

Please contact us for early or late arrivals to make arrangements in advance. 

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

  • Cancellations over 90 days before arrival: Full deposit refunded.
  • Cancellations or changes 60–89 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation balance charged.
  • Cancellations or changes within 1–59 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation balance charged.

Can I host events or parties at the villa?

Small events can be arranged, but prior approval is required. Depending on the event size, additional fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

A 30% deposit is required when booking to secure the dates. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Am I renting the entire place?

Yes, the rental includes exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool.

We recommend guided tours across Crete and can provide recommendations for attractions and activities, including agricultural tours, hiking trails, nature walks, and water sports. Let us assist you in planning your adventures.
